Hey there, I’m Kimberly of Texas Local Living, a proud Texan, and your go to guide for all things real estate.

I started this brand with one simple mission: to help people feel at home in every sense of the word.  With a heart for community, a deep love for Texas, and a belief that buying or selling a home should be both professional and personal, I bring a friendly, expert approach to every step of the journey.

Around here, it’s not just about square footage or sold signs; it’s about planting roots, building dreams, and creating lasting connections. I’m especially proud to serve the communities of North Texas, where I celebrate local heroes, highlight hometown pride, and treat every client like family.

I grew up in El Paso and have called North Texas my home for most of my life.  I’m blessed with a wonderful husband and three amazing children who are my strength and my rock.  I’m passionate about animals, especially pitties, and love supporting adoption and rescue efforts whenever I can.
